2. Subscription Terms of Service
By activating any SaaS tier or clicking "Increase Sales", you enter into a binding agreement with TechNovaBridge. All software features, AI scoring systems, and proposal automation tools are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license.
- Service Availability: TechNovaBridge guarantees a monthly uptime SLA of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance window notifications are issued 48 hours in advance.
- Acceptable Use: Spamming, scraping unauthorized personal email lists without consent, or violating local telecommunication guidelines using automated modules is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.
- API Usage Limits: Platform API calls are rate-limited based on your active billing tier. Exceeding tier thresholds may trigger automatic rate throttling.
3. Cookie & Telemetry Policy
We utilize essential performance cookies and local storage tokens (`cb_accepted`) to save session states, maintain secure API authorization headers, and measure visual element conversion rates.

4. Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Standards
Due to the immediate provisioning of dedicated server infrastructure and AI quota allocation, subscription fees paid for the active monthly billing period are non-refundable. Service remains fully active through the conclusion of the paid term upon cancellation.
